You'd then have to rip your UMD to an iso, and then edit the files, but it's not really hard. You can even play NT on it since that's on Steam. EDIT: If you have the retail version of the game, you can install CFW pretty easily, As long as you don't have one of newer TA-088v3 motherboards, but those are only in the PSP-3000s as far as I know. 012 ver, This one got a bit more variety but the sound quality is way worse NT ver, this one got a bit less variety but the sound quality is way better. You could even use a 60 FPS hack or play with mods since Dissidia 012 had a lot of mods. Replace female voice 13 with cloud of darkness from the ff dissidia serie, for the moment the mod only replace attack and damage voice (and canteen after eating) The mod come with two version. On the bright side, the Steam Deck is coming out this year which is like a PC with Switch-esque form factor, so you could get that, download PPSSPP, get Dissidia 012 on there by whatever means you see fit, and play that way. Even with Dissidia NT, Square constantly tried to market it as a fighting game in the West when that game was much closer to a MOBA game. And they kind of achieved that in Japan with Dissidia Arcade for a few years, but it's something I reckon they'll do again based on that success in Japan, but now aiming to make it more of a global success. It's something I personally hate (IMO the PSP Dissidia games weren't actually fighting games, they were action RPG games with a thin fighting game veil - which is fine, that's just how they were), but Square were pretty clear about wanting Dissidia to be a competitive title they can support for years.

That may change now that NT is dead, however given today's competitive gaming landscape and how multiplayer games like to zero in on the e-sports scene, I don't think there is room for a Dissidia 012 remaster and I imagine Square would rather take another shot at the e-sports scene and try to push Dissidia as a fighting game again. Would be cool but I don't see it happening, I think I recall there being an interview where the Dissidia NT devs said that a remaster of 012 wouldn't happen as it would 'muddle the identity of the Dissidia series' or something to that effect (with Dissidia NT being a competitive team-based game compared to the casual single-player experience of 012).
